In order to activate the Ville du Sport, the core of Tunis Sports City with commercial activity throughout its full daily and evening cycle, revenue-generating facilities have been incorporated into the perimeter of the stadia facilities. The Sports Walk is to function as a pedestrian-only promenade. Lined with street-side cafes, sports retail and boutiques, it links the Elliptical Plaza with the Arena Event Plaza.

At an approximate area of 4500 sm, this signature Elliptical Plaza is to function as a center of activity for outdoor events. It is intended to showcase El Fresco Dining and international specialty restaurants. The perimeter will be a continuous single storey retail commercial development and is to house the restaurants, shops and define the unique shape of the open space. The Sky Track is to provide an athletic activator as part of the fabric of the commercial development adjacent to the sports center. Designed as a functioning running and walking track, this amenity will link the hotel and the commercial office tower by flanking the Sports Walk along both sides.
