An east London artist says he has spent almost 1,000 hours creating a highly detailed drawing of central London.
Jack Nolan, an artist and architectural technologist, specialises in drawing realism-style cityscapes and architectural landmarks using fine liner pens.
His latest piece spans from Oval to Fitzrovia, and the eagle-eyed will spot many of the capital’s landmarks, including the London Eye and the Houses of Parliament -and in some cases, even their own homes.
Mr Nolan says he meticulously researched various buildings before putting pen to paper, even visiting some in person to capture their details accurately.
He plans to create similar top-down views of other London boroughs and cities around the world.
