The repositioning of this Class A office building in Willingdon Park involved a number of overarching changes to the public areas of the building to create an interactive modern work environment for employees.

The most significant change involved reconfiguring a premium office suite on the entry-level into a new lounge with a kiosk that hosts a food and beverage service. As part of the suite reconfiguration, a large pair of pivot doors have been inserted into the existing curtain wall glazing system for direct access to an exterior terrace. The main building entry, a dynamic new steel canopy structure provides approach lighting and rain protection for building occupants and visitors.

Since these modifications altered the appearance and use of the building, they were considered as minor changes to the original building development permit. Approval was therefore required by the Burnaby Planning Department as part of the building permit application process.
